Chichester Careline

Chichester Careline, established in 1985, provides a personal alarm service, 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year, that supports almost 21,000 clients – from young carers to senior citizens and for anyone who wants to live safely and independently. We install a full range of telecare products within the Chichester area. Nationally, we monitor personal alarm calls and out of hours maintenance calls for a number of local authorities and housing associations.

Epping Forest Careline, part of EFDC  has many years of experience managing a community alarm service. Based in Loughton, Essex we provide a  24 hour service 365 days a year.

Genesis Monitoring Solutions

Genesis Monitoring Solutions,  all IP Telecare monitoring, SOS-GPS devices, SCAIP-IP also other Telecare systems UK/Ireland.

Cloud-based Bold Gemini platform. Completing TSA QSF August, SSAIB ISO 9001:15 October 2022.

Joint collaboration for daily monitoring, out of hours support includes Point of Contact or 999, also support Telecare providers testing SCAIP/IP equipment.

Royal Borough of Greenwich

Telecare is a service that arranges help for vulnerable people in the case of an emergency in the home. It uses technology, such as alarms and sensors, to connect you to Greenwich Telecare staff who are able to help you. The service operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year and the alarm calls are answered by Royal Greenwich staff based in a control centre in the borough.

Herts Careline

Herts Careline is an award-winning community alarm and telecare service. We’ve been giving people the freedom to live independently in their own home since 1982.

We are a not-for-profit collaboration between Hertfordshire County Council and North Hertfordshire District Council.

We provide a wide range of assistive technology services to residents across Hertfordshire.

Our control centre is based in Hertfordshire and our team of highly trained, security-screened emergency operators deal with a range of issues 24/7, 365 days a year.
